Terms of Trade

Website content. Product descriptions, specifications and calculator outputs are indicative. Final specifications, prices and loading plans are confirmed only in written quotations and contracts.

Quotations. Quotations are valid for the period stated therein and subject to stock, crop and freight conditions.

Orders & payment. Orders are confirmed against agreed payment terms (advance/balance against documents, or L/C at sight unless agreed otherwise).

Intellectual property. The SAFIA name, logo and site content are the property of SAFIA SATTAR SONS GROUP.
